Phased prices, not a number pulled from the air
The regional grant covers up to 80%
The Junta de Extremadura's digitalisation grants fund up to 80% of the investment, capped at EUR 20,000 per beneficiary, for SMEs and freelancers across the region. Building or improving a website, an online store and search visibility are all eligible.
The 2026 call opened on 14 May and closed on 13 August, so there is no open window right now. Grants are awarded in order of arrival, which means whoever turns up with the technical proposal already written gets in first. We can have it ready for the next one.

The studio is in the city of Caceres. We can meet companies in the city and the province in person; everyone else we work with remotely. The scoping session can happen at your office if you are nearby, and from there the project runs the same either way.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a website cost in Caceres?

WordPress or custom development?
- WordPress when someone on your team has to publish content without calling us and the business fits a catalogue. Custom when the real process does not fit a template: price calculations, ERP integrations, rules that have to be resolved on the server. We tell you which one applies before quoting, even when the answer is the cheap one.
What happens after launch?
- You can run it yourself or leave it with us. If you leave it with us, maintenance covers updates tested in a separate environment before production is touched, backups we verify by restoring them, and monitoring that alerts us when something goes down.
Who does the work?
- The same team that builds platforms for clients outside Extremadura. We do not subcontract the development or hand the project to someone else once it is signed.
Can we meet in person?
- Yes, if you are in Caceres or the province. For everyone else it runs over video calls and email, with weekly releases to a URL you can open whenever you want. Being close helps in the first conversation; after that it does not change the outcome.
Do you work with grants?
- Yes. We handle the Extremadura regional digitalisation grants, which cover up to 80% of the investment with a EUR 20,000 ceiling. The requirements and deadlines have a page of their own.
