Scope in writing
One session to understand the business, not to show you designs. You leave it with priorities, timelines and a phased price, written down.
Caceres · Extremadura
The studio is based in Caceres and most of our work comes from outside the province. If your company is here, it means you can sit down with the people who will write the code.
We build custom platforms, online stores and SaaS products for clients across Spain and abroad. That is exactly what a company here gets out of it: a local business site is built by the same team that has run a financial portal serving 24 million users a year, under the same rules - measured performance, backups that actually restore, and deployments that do not depend on one person.
Caceres is a services city: retail, professional practices, hospitality and tourism around an old town that has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1986, plus a university that keeps the population moving all year. Almost every business here has a website, and almost none of them knows whether it brings in customers.
When we review the site a company already has, the same faults come up. A theme installed years ago and never updated, carrying more plugins than anyone remembers asking for. A contact form whose email lands in spam, unchecked for months. Mobile performance below what Google considers acceptable, in a city where local search happens on a phone in the street. And almost always, no measurement that answers how many calls the site produced this month.
None of that is fixed by a prettier redesign. It is fixed by deciding what the site has to do, measuring whether it does it, and building it on something that can be maintained without depending on whoever made it. That is why the first session is not for showing you designs: it is for understanding which part of your business the software has to solve.
We do not sell templates with the logo swapped out. This is delivered the same way on a three-week engagement and on a two-year platform.

Weekly releases to a URL you can open and show around. What you approve gets deployed; nothing is saved up for the end.
We measure Core Web Vitals on real users and block the release that makes them worse. A site that is slow on a phone is a site that does not sell.
The domain, the hosting and the code are in your name. If you ever move the project to another studio, you can take it with you.
The Junta de Extremadura's digitalisation grants fund up to 80% of the investment, capped at EUR 20,000 per beneficiary, for SMEs and freelancers across the region. Building or improving a website, an online store and search visibility are all eligible.
The 2026 call opened on 14 May and closed on 13 August, so there is no open window right now. Grants are awarded in order of arrival, which means whoever turns up with the technical proposal already written gets in first. We can have it ready for the next one.
The studio is in the city of Caceres. We can meet companies in the city and the province in person; everyone else we work with remotely. The scoping session can happen at your office if you are nearby, and from there the project runs the same either way.

We reply within one business day with a phased scope proposal and a price, or with the reason we are not the right studio for it.
